Failure Friday: C is for Cookie

Every Friday I’ll post a failure that led to success. If you have any examples, feel free to email them to me.  I’m just trying to show negative experiences are vital to success. It’s part of negative thinking, it’s part of our daily lives. Too often, people try to avoid failure (which I certainly can appreciate) and look at failure as some horrible thing. Positive thinkers don’t accept failure, they limit their sights on what should happen, or what they hope will happen. Negative thinkers look at the results and either incorporate them or improve upon them.

Regardless of which version you believe, chocolate chip cookies, like many brothers and sisters, were a mistake. Invented (can you actually invent something by accident? Isn’t it more of a discovery?) in 1933,  it is the most commonly baked cookie in America.  I personally love them, especially warm and gooey!

COOKIE!!

Never be afraid of failure…it is often the first step to success!
